Taking the rich heritage from this experience and also adding strength in different domains, Ananya is at the forefront of providing excellent Design Solutions in the automotive domain and now also in industrial domain.
The company is located in south Indian city of Coimbatore closer to Bangalore and Chennai and connected by air to major cities in India. Well connected by rail and road, this city is a hub of industries and many MNCs have set up shop here.
With abundant availability of skilled work force, good supply of engineering students from about 14 Engineering colleges in the district, the company is ideally situated for delivering quality and timely solutions.
In addition to design solutions, the company can support small or big volume manufacturing needs of the deigned products. The parent company, Pricol Limited has well equipped manufacturing facilities with latest machines and skills available to cater to a demanding customer.
Already Pricol is a market leader in automotive components in India and also has manufacturing facilities in 7 plants within India and one in Indonesia and setting up few more in other parts of the world.
ANANYA INNOVATIONS LIMITED was officially incorporated on 21 November 2007
The company has more than 50 Engineers, with an average experience of around 6 years in the field and guided by senior people having more that 15 years experience, working on these projects with access to a well supported lab and test facilities including EMI / RFI testing. The development tools as well as software for components and PCBs are available for a quick release of design.
Ananya offers a very effective and competitive costing which is adaptable as desired by the customer. And with the experience of our people, we can also offer to productionise these products through our parent company namely Pricol Ltd., for delivery and product life cycle management.

Ananya Innovation Limited has been promoted by Pricol Limited, a leading automotive component manufacturer in India.
The Major shareholders are:
Pricol Limited (through its subsidiary investment company, M/s Integral Investments Limited)- 40%
Mr. Vijay Mohan and his family – 60%
The issued and subscribed capital of the company is Rs 10 Million (USD 250,000 at current rate of exchange).
While Mr. Vijay Mohan is the Chairman and CEO of the company, the company is managed by its COO, Mr. R Krishna Murthi, who has an experience of more than 33 years in the field of Electronics and about 25 years in Automotive and Industrial Electronics field.
The company is organized into project managers and technology domain teams. While the technology domain teams remain committed to technology and platforms development, the project and marketing teams concentrate on application and customer development.
